Your chat history stays in your browser, and you can clear it anytime. Your questions and Milo's answers are also logged on my server, without your name or IP address, so I can see where Milo falls short. More in the privacy policy.
Milo is AI-powered and may occasionally be wrong or make things up. Treat it as a helpful assistant, not a source of truth. When accuracy matters, verify the information.
Claude, by Anthropic, writes the answers. Before it does, Milo searches my own writing for the passages that fit your question, so answers come from what I've actually written.
Shop
Everything in the shop is made to order. When you check out, your order and payment are handled on Fourthwall's secure hosted checkout, and they produce and ship it for me.
Every product page has a size guide with the garment's measurements. Items are made to order, so I can't take returns for the wrong size. Check the guide before you order.
Because each item is made to order, it's produced first and then shipped, so allow a little extra time versus something off a shelf. Production and delivery times vary by product and destination, and you'll get tracking by email once it's on the way.
Yes. Shipping is available worldwide, with rates and delivery times calculated at checkout based on your location.
Since items are made to order, I can't accept returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. But if something arrives with a quality issue (a misprint, a defect, or shipping damage), reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I'll get it replaced or refunded.
